Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based integration adaptors.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality UIV solutions.
Drive the UIV delivery process, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
Prepare and work with UIV design documents, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to adaptor performance, scalability, and integration.
Implement automation using Unix/Linux scripting to optimize processes. Participate in code reviews and provide technical recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Provide customer-facing support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business requirements.
Required Skills:
Java: Advanced knowledge in Java development, with experience in designing complex solutions.
JSON: Proficient in handling JSON data formats for integration.
C programming: Working knowledge of C for system-level integrations.
XML: Strong understanding of XML technologies.
Unix/Linux Scripting: Expertise in Unix/Linux shell scripting for task automation and process management.
SQL: Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database interactions.
Nokia UIV: Experience in Nokia UIV, with hands-on involvement in developing and troubleshooting UIV solutions preferred. Hands-on experience working with UIV design documents and implementing solutions based on these requirements.
OSS (Operations Support Systems): In-depth understanding of OSS in telecom environments.
Wireline & Wireless Technology: Familiarity with both wireline and wireless networks, protocols, and infrastructure.
Java-based integration adaptor development experience, particularly in the telecommunications domain.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech. Preferably in Computer Science/ECE and a minimum of 5 years+ experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
